Hi, I'm Mike.
I lead growth and community at Unstoppable Domains - and spend my free time building things, from web apps to high-altitude balloons.
About
By day I'm a growth and community professional with a technical streak. As Growth Manager at Unstoppable Domains, I run the company's social channels, design customer-acquisition campaigns, produce written and video content, manage large-scale email programmes, and build internal AI tools and agent skills. Before that, I spent three years managing the company's online communities and front-line support.
Earlier, I spent 14 years in public service, which sharpened my instincts for IT systems, data analysis, policy writing, and training - plus the composure that comes with high-pressure work. I'm adaptable, equally happy solo or in a team, and I like solving problems and picking up new tools quickly.
What I do
- Growth & marketing — social, email and lifecycle campaigns, copywriting, video, and go-to-market.
- Data & technical — SQL, dashboards, Google Analytics (GA4), and building AI tools with agentic coding.
- Community & enablement — community management, documentation, and training.

- Homelabbing - self-hosted media servers, Docker, home automation and networking.
- Agentic coding for web projects and personal productivity.
- 35mm and digital photography.
- Licensed amateur radio operator (callsign M6MQQ), launching pico balloons and tracking WSPR telemetry.
